The MPS1 Research Foundation was founded in March, 2010 by Sarah and Greg Fletcher whose youngest son, Erik, was diagnosed with MPS1 in 2002. We are a non-profit, public charity and all donations are fully tax-deductible. Our foundation operates entirely with the assistance of non-paid volunteers. Sarah Fletcher

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a former California certified elementary school teacher and a member of the National MPS Society. Greg Fletcher

Greg has a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and a MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is a Special Investigator with the United States Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service.
